This is my favorite blog out there at the moment. The author is a family guy just like me who balances running with being a great dad and has a way of writing that makes you want to read more. I'm shamelessly posting this link to try and score a pair of New Balance trail shoes he is giving away, so if you're into running, and families, and you want to help me get more shoes (debatable if I really NEED them but I need them and that is another issue) then check out this blog.
